IT Helpdesk Manager

We seek an experienced IT helpdesk manager to run our customer services.

Candidates should possess:

  • Previous experience of customer service delivery in the IT sector
  • At least 3 years experience supporting customers with a range of IT related queries
  • Experience of supervising/managing customer support and helpdesk staff
  • Proven knowledge of ITIL v3 or certification
  • Experience in IT security/cryptography (desirable)

The successful candidate will:

  • Be required to undergo security vetting
  • Manage and be responsible for our overall customer support function at 1st 2nd & 3rd levels
  • Operate to defined KPIs and service delivery targets
  • Manage a small team of helpdesk operators
  • Interact with a range of clients including specialist technical staff and non IT users.

IT Security Specialist

We require an IT security specialist to assist in managing security for our operational services operated under our ISMS and assisting our customers with IT Security Risk Management, Governance and ISMS, policy and compliance.
This is a senior position, the successful applicant must be able to manage and control projects and interact and liaise with suppliers, customers and auditors.

Responsibility is for all aspects of security throughout the company.
Proven experience with some or all of the following is required:-

  • tScheme
  • ISO27001
  • ISO9000
  • Audit
  • ISMS
  • Security Policy and procedures
  • PKI and related technologies
  • Governance, Risk and Compliance standards and tools


The successful candidate will have demonstrated effective capability in IT security and management. They will be a numerate graduate with experience and/or suitable vocational qualifications such as CISSP. Experience with government security requirements, CLAS scheme membership, and a current security clearance will be an advantage.


Principal & Senior Security Consultants
PKI, Smart Cards, SAML and related technologies

We seek highly skilled, experienced security consultants who have extensive experience with PKI and related technologies such as directories, SAML, HSMs, Smart cards etc. and able to support all aspects of identity and access management projects. The successful candidate for Principal level will be able to liaise with customers, coordinate and manage projects and operate in senior position.


Successful candidates will have skills in and experience with multiple PKI or security technologies, and at least one of Entrust, RSA, or MS Certificate Services and demonstrate extensive knowledge of identity management and security principles. Applicants should possess a relevant numerate degree and supplementary specialist qualification such as CISSP or MCSE will be an advantage.


Product Manager


We seek a technically capable identity and access management specialist to fulfil a key role in managing an IAM product line. The successful candidate must be highly motivated, and able to address IT security from both a commercial and technical perspective.

The role requires a working knowledge of identity management, SAML, security, SSO and federation technologies. Candidates must have demonstrated successful management of security or IAM technologies and projects, from a commercial, marketing and sales perspective. Based in Newbury this role involves extensive liaison with customers, government and statutory bodies, suppliers, and technology specialists both in the UK and across Europe.

Applicants with a numerate degree and or professional or technical qualifications are preferred.

IT Operations Engineer


We require an IT services engineer as part of the Trustis IT operations team.

Candidates should possess:-

  • At least 2 years experience with TCP/IP, Microsoft Server and Office products.
  • Experience in IT helpdesk/support.
  • Relevant MCP, HNC or other IT related certification.
  • Experience in building Microsoft servers/clients from first principles.

Project Manager


We have a position for a project manager to control a range of IT security and technology projects. Candidates should have a good understanding of IT security IAM and supporting technologies. A number of years of IT security / information security project management experience with exposure to customer engagement, professional services and implementation is essential. Effective communication and project management skills, ability to direct a project team and communicate at all levels represent key requirements for the successful candidate.

Formal qualification in project management such as PRINCE2 or experience with HMG project management methods is an advantage, as is an IT or relevant numerate academic qualification.

Positions are subject to successful security vetting. Salary + benefits will be commensurate with the role and qualifications of successful candidates.
