| If not already done so install the Root Update Service Pack |
| Subscriber Agreement |
| Complete Order Form and supply CSR |
| Receive email confirming collection point of issued certificate |
| Collect & install your certificate |
 Microsoft Users - The Trustis FPS Root Certificate is a member of the Microsoft Root Certificate Program. Microsoft XP is by default configured to have such updates automatically installed. Users of systems prior to XP (e.g. Windows 2000, NT, 98, etc.) should install from the Microsoft Windows Update site A quick and easy task that only has to be done once in the lifetime of your browser. Once Microsoft has checked your computer for available updates, choose the highlighted item as illustrated to the left and install the "Root Certificates Update" that will be listed. Alternatively, you may wish to explicity download and install both the Trustis FPS Root and Heathcare CA certificates using either:
